Return and Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item is custom-made in Turkey after an order is placed. As a result, we only offer exchanges and do not accept refunds.
Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchange Process: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
